Access to each of the several hundred functions within the software is controlled by either passwords or security levels. Users are likewise assigned access levels. This allows one to directly control who has access to what.

Over four hundred reports and processes can be scheduled to run at your request by using the Overnight Control. Reports can be scheduled to be printed or saved as a specific file name for later retrieval.

Audit trails that track changes to account ledgers and the scheduler are maintained so that accountability can be placed where it belongs.
